Full disclosure: I have the flattest chest known to mankind, so plunging necklines and whatnot don't usually do the trick when I want to show a little skin. I love the effect of these casually cut-out shoulders — they're subtle and sensual, the skin-revealing equivalent of locking eyes and sharing a small smile from across the room (as opposed to grinding up on a dude and assaulting him in a beer-fueled haze). Maybe I'll sacrifice an old tee for the cause. It seems like it requires a cool factor much greater than anything I could muster, though... what are your thoughts?[photo cred to Chiara Ferragni via Musings in Femininity]

I love her whole look. The 2 tones of denim broken up with leopard print is great. The cut out shoulder is so fun too!

She pulls the look off perfectly, but I'm not that cool. I do love how she accessorized though xo
She looks fabulous and I like the bare shoulders. I don't think you have to show off a 'cool-factor'. As long as you wear a great outfit and look confident and comfortable this is a great way to look fun! Trying with an old T-shirt is the best way to find out how you feel;)
She looks so fab! I don't think I could pull it off but it really is a great look!
love the idea of bare shoulders! such a pretty way to show a little skin w/out being too risky. xoxo jcd :: cornflake dreams
I love this idea - I saw the photo on the Blonde Salad last week and I thought it was very interesting. Definitely worth scarificing a t-shirt
LOVE this look! it's slimming and sexy and shows just the right amount of skin. and how great is that clutch??

I've been searching for a shirt like this!
In terms of the plunging neckline, I actually think a deep V neckline works better on flat chested women. It is much more classic and not 'in yo face'
But we've all got our own opinions and thats why I love fashion!
Definitely looks to me to be a peek-a-boo you have to completely disregard, underplay. High potential.
