Have you seen Jennifer Aniston's new haircut, the grown-out bob? It makes me want to pick up the scissors and do terrible things. My hair is the longest it's been since seventh grade, when I chopped it into a pixie cut after a particularly devastating Valentine's Day dance, and now I'm itching for something like this. It looks so fresh and ten times more youthful than the classic bob, and I love how beautifully it frames her face. If I were to do it, I'd definitely need some side-bangs action, à la Heidi — mostly because I wouldn't know what to do with my hands if I wasn't constantly brushing my hair out of my face. I didn't realize how much i play with my hair until i watched my most recent Vlog... I was like oh dear lord that's annoying to see!

I'm a big fan of the grown-out bob, partly because it's been my hairstyle forever! It's really easy to maintain, and plus, you can always pull it up in a pony-tail. I like Jennifer Aniston's haircut, although from this picture, it seems to make her jawline look a bit too strong. I like Olivia Palermo's look a bit better.
Side-bangs are an absolute must for me! My face would be such a long oval without it!
I always grow my hair long, donate it, and then rock the bob! Jen and Heidi look so cute like this. I just love it when it's a little shorter in the back - my fav 'do!

I love it. I say go for it - I think it's going to look very pretty on you and the side bangs are a must.
It looks really good on her (finally)! I think I'd love it more though if her hair would fall more naturally separated in the middle. Had my hair like this for a while too when I was letting my shorter bob grow. I'm happy it's finally very long again, but in the future would definitely go for this haircut again. I love the new aniston 'do! I'm still trying to grow out a bob that was certainly fun, but I'm ready to get back to my long locks. I had to chop 7 inches off! eeek!
