Looking Forward

I've been on a hiatus lately. Oh, did I say hiatus? I mean Fashion Week happened.

 In other news, I booked a spring trip to Madrid with two of my very best college friends. One lives in Chicago, and the other has been in the heart of Tanzania since August. We're going in late April, so I'm hoping everything will be bursting with flowers and the weather, warm enough to day-trip to a beach town. (Valencia? Barcelona? Something tiny along the coast? Suggestions welcome and/or desperately needed!) I want to wear skirts and tan my legs and carry around open bottles of wine. That's allowed in Spain, right?

Glad you're back! Kinda bummed I missed you at the Rebecca Minkoff party, maybe next season! And Madrid, how exciting. I wish I could offer suggestions but I've never been. Take lots of pictures!

Ah, Spain! Well, I actually have a bunch of recommendations that I posted about. Since Madrid is in the center of the country, it's a few hours' drive/bus ride to Barcelona, but it's totally worth it to check out the Mediterranean and eat some fresh paella. I absolutely loved Madrid and I hope you have a great time too!

I love love love Madrid! I was actually in the process of moving there when I met my husband and then of course, I ended up in France.
You will love it! The sun, the architecture, the food!! So excited for you :)
